Subject: Trespass; Resisting Citizen's Arrest; Armed Robbery; Assault and 
         Battery; Procuring Search Warrant without Probable Cause; Arrest 

Dear Mr. Layhew, 

You are hereby being informed of crimes committed at the above address 
on April 6, 2005 by the City of Simi Valley police as follows: 

Trespass. Entry on Real Property without presenting a Search 
Warrant on demand to officer Blair Summey and subsequent refusal to leave. 
[CPC § 602(n)(2)]
 
Resisting Citizen's Arrest. Failure to comply after officer Blair 
Summey was asked to inform the trespassers of being placed under Citizen's 
Arrest. [CPC §§ 418, 837] 

Armed Robbery. Felonious Taking of Personal Property valued in 
excess of $100,000 (one hundred thousand) dollars. [CPC §§ 211, 212, 
212.5(b)]
Circumstances: Refusal to leave Receipt for Property Taken. 
[CPC § 1535] 

Assault and Battery. Repeated Offensive Physical Contact by armed 
policeman when I attempted to call 911 in order to Summon Assistance. 
[CPC §§ 240, 242, 839] 

Procuring of Search Warrant without Probable Cause. Upon demand for 
Receipt for Personal Property Taken, an Invalid Search Warrant was served. 
[CPC § 170] 

Arrest. I hereby declare under Penalty of Perjury that the information 
above is true, and order the Arrest of those responsible for above named 
crimes with admission to bail of not less than $100,000 (one hundred
